心灵更新辅导法

这辅导方法包括每天用辅导图表做自我辅导，帮助更新思想

（cognitive therapy)（治里），同时要更新身体行为的生活习惯耒改进和控制突发情绪（behavioural therapy)（治表），所以这个辅导方法是属于“cognitive behavioural therapy”

We are an evangelical church with a goal to gather for worship God and for a fellowship to support each other as well as to preach gospel to the community. We are also a counseling centre to offer counseling service to the local emotionally ill people as a healing service according to the teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ.

This is the Christian counseling techniques using the Bible truth trying to help the patient to change their subconscious wrong assumptions in order to manage their psychological or mental disturbances such as anxiety, depression, anger or guilt.

The Christian counselors try to help the client to change their way of thinking, their way of likening, their way of acting according to God’s will then this will help them to recover from their mental Illness.
